The Greencool project organizes in the next period two connected learning experiences, meant to equip you with practical communication instruments and raise awareness about green issues.

2. Greencool meet-up at Tartu University, Estonia, 1-5 July 2024 – With a scholarship!

This is the time to experience a truly international learning environment, immersing yourself in the culture of Tartu, European Capital of Culture 2024.

Main INFO:

• Online MOOC course – 8 weeks, February 26^th -April 22^nd 2024 (asynchronous; the course has 5 modules, which can be completed through self-paced learning, so you can complete them as rapidly or slowly as you like within the set time.)
• ECTS awarded: 1ECTS certificate digitally signed by the University of Tartu (depending on the successful completion of the course)
• Online synchronous learning – May 2024 – working groups with international students from Tartu, Veszprem, Kaunas and Timisoara.
• Greencool Meet-up in Tartu, Estonia, 1-5 July 2024: on-site activity with the working groups of international students from Tartu, Veszprem, Kaunas and Timisoara
• Language of instruction: English (minimum B1 level)
• Number of students from West University of Timisoara, Faculty of Political Sciences, Philosophy and Communication Sciences (BA, MA or PhD student): 4

What we offer:

• Scholarship: 681€ (paid in advance by West University of Timisoara, Greencool project, with the condition to attend both activities MOOC course + meet-up in Tartu)
• Pedagogical material on MOOC
• Cultural visits in Tartu
• Certificate from Tartu University

Not included

• Trip to Tartu (to be paid by participants with the scholarship money)
• Accommodation (double room occupancy in a pre-reserved youth hostel – to be paid by participants from the scholarship, 20Euro/night/person)
• Meals / other personal expenses (to be paid by participants with the scholarship)
